The Show Director, Ben Boers, and other members of the steering committee will discuss the challenges of presenting a show, what changes have been made for 2019, and what members can do to ensure its success. As always, the formal part of the meeting begins at 2 pm but you are invited to arrive any time after 1 pm to socialize and interact with vendors. The meeting takes place in Room 5 (subject to availability) Royal Botanical Gardens, 680 Plains Rd. W., Burlington, Ontario.
